Dana Spaite joined the CrossRoads staff in July 2003. She has over 25 years experience ministering to children of all ages. Before coming to CrossRoads she served as Children's Pastor for 17 years at Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene. She has her master's degree in education and prior to going into full-time ministry taught elementary and middle school for 16 years. In addition, she has served as AZ District Children's Director and has spoken at district and general conferences. God has given Dana a passion for teaching children and seeing them grow in their relationship to Christ.

Gina Seacat joined the CrossRoads staff in March of 2002. She has the privilege of working with the directors and teachers in ministering to God's precious ones in preschool and kindergarten. The Lord has given Gina a passion for His Word and teaching. Her background includes teaching at both the elementary and preschool levels, as well as leadership with a women's Bible study and the Terrific Twos and Threes class here at CrossRoads. Gina has the support and love of her husband, Kent, and their two wonderful children, Kylee and Michael. As a family they enjoy Diamondbacks baseball, outdoor sports, and trips to the mountains and beach.

Stephanie has a heart for children and their families. Her passion is to see young people grow spiritually and take their relationship with God to a new level. She joined the CrossRoads team in July of 2005. She has had the privilege of teaching and directing children’s classes, choirs, summer camps, and summer ministries for the past eleven years. Her bachelor’s degree was received through Northwest Nazarene University in Youth and Children’s Ministry in 2004 and she is currently completing her masters through NNU in Christian Education. Her husband Chad is her biggest support as they have been involved in ministry together for the past four years and they enjoy outdoor activities, sports, relaxing, and being with friends.
